Start with one useful workflow, not a disruptive migration.

Set up the company workspace

Add company details, logo, brand colours, localized document templates, bank accounts and the defaults needed for the first workflow.
Add only the records you need

Create clients and projects as you go. A client can receive documents through its billing email, while contacts remain optional for additional recipients.
Invite the team and set access

Choose roles and approval permissions so each person sees the records and financial actions relevant to their work.
Connect useful sources

Connect available document sources or LHV Connect, or begin with email intake and CAMT.052, CAMT.053 or CAMT.054 files.
Complete one workflow first

Start with time to invoice, expense documents or bank reconciliation. Expand after the first process works well for the team.
