Can I keep my current accountant and accounting software?
Yes. Aeglio helps you manage projects, time, invoices and expenses; it does not replace your accountant or accounting software. Use a supported accounting integration or export records for your accountant.
Can I bring my existing data into Aeglio?
Yes. You can import clients, projects, invoices, expenses and time entries using the supported file formats. Follow the import templates and review the results and any row errors after importing.
Can I use my own invoice and estimate branding?
Yes. Add your logo and colours, then maintain localized email and PDF templates for invoices and estimates.
Can I start without moving everything at once?
Yes. Start with the workflow creating the most friction, often time and invoicing or expense documents, and expand from there.
What happens after the trial?
Choose the free Solo plan or continue with Team. Your data remains exportable.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes. You can cancel renewal in billing settings. Your paid plan remains available until the end of the paid period. Export the records you need before moving to another system.
Is AI usage unlimited with Team?
