Refer a team and earn €10 in subscription credit

Know another business that could use Aeglio? You can now share a referral link that gives a new team a discount and earns your team credit toward its own subscription.

As the team owner, open Referrals to copy your referral link, add a personal recommendation to the invitation page and track earned credit.

A benefit for both teams

• The new team gets up to €10 off its first eligible paid subscription. The discount is limited to the eligible subscription amount.
• Your team earns €10 in subscription credit once the team you invited has paid for its first subscription.

Each eligible new team can earn your team one reward. Signing up or starting a trial does not earn credit on its own. A first subscription payment fully covered by discounts or credit does not qualify for the referring team's reward.

Start with your team's referral link

Sign in as the team owner, switch to the team you want to refer from, then open the user menu in the top-right corner and choose Referrals.

1. Copy your team's referral link.
2. Share it with someone whose business could benefit from Aeglio.
3. Ask them to open the link before creating their company team and continue signing up in the same browser.

The invitation page shows your team's name and the offer. You can add a short testimonial explaining why Aeglio works for your team; it appears on that page for anyone who opens your link.

You can also share directly to X, Facebook or LinkedIn, or send email invitations to up to five people at a time. Use email invitations for people who expect to hear from you and confirm this before sending.

Referral management is available to the current team's owner. If you are an administrator or member, ask your team owner to share the link.

Who can use the offer?

The programme is for new company teams joining Aeglio through a referral. The link needs to be used before the team is created; it cannot be added to an existing team afterwards.

Self-referrals, teams with the same owner, and owners who already own or belong to another company team do not qualify. Duplicate billing identities and personal teams are also excluded. A personal onboarding team alone does not disqualify a new company team.

Put earned credit toward your subscription

Aeglio automatically applies available referral credit to an eligible upcoming subscription payment. If your subscription already has another discount, referral credit waits until it can be applied without replacing that discount.

Credit is used up to the eligible amount for that payment. Any unused balance remains available for a later eligible payment, and referral credit does not expire.

This credit pays toward your team's Aeglio subscription. It has no cash value and is separate from AI credits. Paddle calculates the final subscription total and taxes.

Follow your referrals and balance

The Referrals page shows referred teams, paying teams and three credit balances:

• Earned credit: the total credit awarded for qualifying referrals.
• Reserved credit: credit set aside for a subscription payment and not available to use again while that application is pending.
• Available credit: credit remaining after spending, reversals and reservations.

Referral history shows when a referral was recorded, whether it is waiting for a qualifying payment, and the credit earned when it qualifies. It also records credit reversals without exposing the referred team's private billing details.

Credit may be reversed after a refund, chargeback, fraud review or administrative cancellation.
